So Far We Have Done

Pairing with well known pioneers in the Fracturing pump manufacturing, NSPI developed a multi shot proprietary system of saturation peening the bore intersections and both the Acme and Buttress threads and other high stress areas in order to prolong the useful lifespan of these pumps and to prevent stress cracks and micro-fracturing internally. NSPI was an early adopter of the NADCAP Aerospace Quality Systems and Surface Enhancement accreditation program in 2003 and has continued to this day. As of July of 2019 we have adopted the AS9100 Rev. D Quality system and are approved to NADCAP’s version of this new system of business operations for Aerospace and we are on track to also get outside AS9100 Rev. D accreditation .

NSPI was purchased in 1992 to continue shot peen forming of the Gulfstream G4 executive jet’s one piece upper wing skins and Boeing’s 747 lower wing skins along with saturation peening of both. The company grew from modest beginnings and few customers to numerous customers of both Aerospace and Oil and Gas exploration Fracturing machinery manufacturers.
